E39 - Genesis 37 - Tattletale?

In the Gospels, Jesus says that a prophet is not welcome in his hometown. In Genesis, Joseph learns this truth all too well after he decides to share his prophetic dreams with his family. Today on Enstoried, Joseph leaves home at an early age because he's on bad terms with his brothers. Just like with his father Jacob and uncle Esau, favoritism within the family has a big part to play in the fracture, and God will play a big part in making them whole again.
